Let’s strengthen the valuable habit of waking up to greet the day with movement.

Bodyweight exercises are functional, relevant and easy to modify. Each day will start with some foam rolling and light warm up stretches. Each class will include a challenging core circuit (pilates inspired), light cardio (jumping jacks and jogging in place) followed by squats, push-ups, lunges, deadlifts and other calisthenic exercises. Weights are optional and can be added at your discretion.

Recommended equipment: yoga mat, yoga strap and foam roller.

Practices will run Monday - Friday 7am PST.
