Private Sessions

Private sessions enable a safe environment for learning and progress. I love teaching small groups and 1:1 classes because in time, the sessions become more of a conversation between student and teacher. We learn from each other and the result is a practice that is created to support you, the student.

Small groups enable a sense of security and freedom. They are the appropriate choice is you are someone who is:

  • new to yoga or pilates

  • stuck in a plateau with your practice

  • practicing primarily at home and want the eyes of a teacher on your postures

  • going through a time where your body needs more support

* Private classes are available in-home (location dependent) and online via zoom.
