This 10 Class Series is focused on building the muscles of the legs, glutes and lower abdominals in order to support a healthy spine. 

Strength in the lower body helps us to walk, run, hike and stand without pain. Classes will start with warm up exercises before moving into pilates floor work and some weighted squats, lunges and standing yoga postures. This is considered a more vigorous series, there will be opportunities to work with weights and to choose various levels of modification but some movement experience is recommended. Every session will close with a cool down and brief rest in savasana.
